Cabernet Sauvignon Roble
Appearance: Deep red very intense, its movement in the wineglass is distinguished, with a very good density.
In nose: balanced varietal equilibrium sensing mulberry, raspberry aromas and an elegant consistency of wood that reveals chocolate, tobacco and vanilla flavour. In mouth: Great volume, very consistent, harmonic sweetness and a long and memorable end, reminiscent of red fruit candies.
Suggestion: Serve at 18/20ºC
Accompany with: red meat, hunted meat (deer, wild boar, rabbit), lamb, stews, food with strong sauces and barbecues.
